Q: Do I have to have an account to buy from Mega Retailer?
A: You can check out as a guest - but for a more personalised shopping experience and exclusive offers, we recommend creating an account and opting in to MegaRetailer emails.
Q: Do you have any physical stores?
A: Our first MegaRetailer physical store opened summer 2025! We’re based in Rochdale at Princess House, Princess Street, OL12 0HA - just off Whitworth Road. Enjoy in-store deals just like our website, plus our friendly team on hand to support.
Q: Is MegaRetailer a cash & carry?
A: While we’re not a traditional trade-only cash & carry, we offer the same unbeatable pricing and product range – open to the public and with no membership required.
Q: Do you have a minimum spend?
A: Unlike some traditional cash and carries, no minimum spend is required. However, for online orders under £20 (excluding delivery), a small processing fee of £2.98 applies.
Q: Can I buy in bulk at MegaRetailer?
A: Absolutely. Our warehouse setup and direct supplier access allow us to stock family-sized and business-friendly quantities of your favourite brands.
Q: Do you have any short-dated stock?
A: Occasionally we offer even better deals on short-dated stock. We may also offer stock past its Best Before End (BBE) date, which relates to quality, not safety, per the UK Food Standards Agency. Such products are often still perfectly fine to consume. Short-dated & past BBE stock will always be clearly marked.
Q: Do you show the best before date for your products?
A: Yes, all of our products will show the BBE date. If the BBE date has passed, this will appear in red. When adding such products to your cart, a pop-up will request confirmation before you proceed.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 0800 012 9098. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to process the cancellation.
