Q: How do I place an order?

A: Shopping with MegaRetailercouldn’t be simpler. Start by creating an account or logging in. Then browse our thousands of products, adding what you need to your cart. Spoilt for choice? Check out our Best Sellers section to see what’s flying off the shelves. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout – where we offer a variety of payment options. Still need support? Speak to our friendly Customer Service Team.

Q: Do I have to be a business to buy from Mega Retailer?

A: Nope! At Mega Retailer, our goal is to bring you your favourite brands at the best possible prices. Whether you’re stocking up for home or simply don’t fancy a trip to the supermarket, just place an order with us and we’ll deliver straight to your door.

Q: Do I have to have an account to buy from Mega Retailer?

A: You can check out as a guest - but for a more personalised shopping experience and exclusive offers, we recommend creating an account and opting in to MegaRetailer emails.

Q: Do you have any physical stores?

A: Our first MegaRetailer physical store opened summer 2025! We’re based in Rochdale at Princess House, Princess Street, OL12 0HA - just off Whitworth Road. Enjoy in-store deals just like our website, plus our friendly team on hand to support.

Q: Is MegaRetailer a cash & carry?

A: While we’re not a traditional trade-only cash & carry, we offer the same unbeatable pricing and product range – open to the public and with no membership required.

Q: Do you have a minimum spend?

A: Unlike some traditional cash and carries, no minimum spend is required. However, for online orders under £20 (excluding delivery), a small processing fee of £2.98 applies.

Q: Can I buy in bulk at MegaRetailer?

A: Absolutely. Our warehouse setup and direct supplier access allow us to stock family-sized and business-friendly quantities of your favourite brands.

Q: Do you have any short-dated stock?

A: Occasionally we offer even better deals on short-dated stock. We may also offer stock past its Best Before End (BBE) date, which relates to quality, not safety, per the UK Food Standards Agency. Such products are often still perfectly fine to consume. Short-dated & past BBE stock will always be clearly marked.

Q: Do you show the best before date for your products?

A: Yes, all of our products will show the BBE date. If the BBE date has passed, this will appear in red. When adding such products to your cart, a pop-up will request confirmation before you proceed.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 0800 012 9098. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to process the cancellation. 

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.  

Klarna’s Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs and late fees apply. 

Q: I haven’t received an order confirmation email but the transaction shows on my bank statement.

A: Our confirmation emails come from: orders@megaretailer.com. Please check your junk/spam folder as occasionally our order confirmations can end up there. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Q: Where can I enter my discount code?

A: To use a discount code, simply add your items to the basket and head to the checkout when you're ready. On the checkout page, you’ll see a box labelled ‘Discount code’ or ‘Gift card’ - enter your code there exactly as it appears, then click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid and meets any conditions (such as minimum spend or specific products), the discount will be applied automatically and your total will update. If you’re having trouble, double-check the code hasn’t expired or that your order qualifies. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Typically orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day, but this may vary during busy periods. For speedy delivery, choose our Express Service at checkout.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: We offer a FREE click-and-collect service from our Rochdale store. Otherwise we offer delivery through our own fleet, as well as DPD. Charges apply and vary depending on weight. For full information visit our Delivery page.

Q: Do you ship orders internationally?

A: Currently, we only deliver within the UK.

Q: How long until my Click & Collect order is ready for collection?

A: Orders placed before 10pm can typically be collected the next working day. Our collection hours are 10am-8pm Monday to Friday. We currently do not offer weekend collections. To ensure collection before the weekend, please order before 10pm on Thursday.

You will recieve an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for this email before collecting - arriving early may result in being turned away.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes, if an item is unopened and in a resaleable condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Send returns to:

Note: We do not offer a paid returns service. You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is securely packaged. Damaged returns may result in partial refunds. We advise you to use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Delivery and processing fees are non-refundable. 

Q: My item arrived damaged/ I am missing items, can I get a refund/replacement?

A: We always endeavour to deliver your order to a high standard, however, we recognise sometimes things can go wrong. We will never leave our customers out of pocket if an error occurs on our side. 

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please get in contact with us ASAP at orders@megaretailer.com. We can only refund/replace breakages which are reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We do require photographic evidence where relevant so please have this ready for our Customer Service Team. 

 

Q: Has my return been processed?

A: Please contact orders@megaretailer.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to advise on the status of your return.

Q: How long till I get my refund?

A: Refund times vary by payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 10 working days. Klarna refunds are typically instant. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
